Pet Adoptions:

1st Saturday of each month, Noon - 2:00 PM - Golden State Greyhounds - This event has been beneficial in placing retired racing greyhounds into forever homes. The Meet and Greets allow the community to meet a retired racing greyhound, and to ask questions and learn about adopting a retired racer of their own. Chris, Terry and her "Krewe" of Greyhounds set up in Turlock the first Saturday of every month. Rain and extreme heat cancels the event.

Every Saturday & Sunday, Noon - 4:00 PM - Friends of Turlock is a non-rofit organization based in Turlock, California that saves and rescues unwanted and abandoned cats, with a goal of controlling the animal population in surrounding communities. Friends of Turlock is a NO KILL RESCUE GROUP that since 1996, wth the help of local vererinarians, has found homes for over 4,000+ animals.
